Holt Conservation Area Appraisal (Draft 08/09)

North Norfolk District Council is undertaking a programme of Conservation Area Appraisals and Management Proposals for its 81 Conservation Areas. The purpose of Conservation Area Appraisals is to define the special interest of the Conservation Area and identify the issues which threaten its significance and unique character. In addition the document seeks to provide guidelines to prevent erosion of character and achieve enhancement.

We are seeking the views of local residents prior to the formal adoption of the Holt Conservation Area Character Appraisal and Management Proposals.
